Downtime - Citadel Upgrades & New Faces
Over the prior nine weeks and the cost of nearly 5,000 gold pieces, the Regulators worked with local craftsmen, townsfolk, and their rescued acquaintances from Fortress of Sorrow to revamp and improve Citadel Altaeraein. The renovations updated both the main floor and the Vaultway beneath the citadel, providing a more spacious array of living quarters, baths, barricks, training facilities, infirmary, library, variety of workshops, and updated dining hall, guest quarters, study, and heated indoor pool.
Those saved from the Fortress of Sorrow decided to remain in Breachill, with Kheffar and Darra settling in town, setting up a smith in the northwestern end, while Gleb and Jethran were eager to continue their work with the heroes at Citadel Altaerein providing basic smithy works and repairs along with their craft of woodworking. Jaina, a Physician by trade for several years, knows general mending and medicinal practices, Zarah by trade worked as an apprentice to an Alchemist, and has intermediate knowledge on potions and more, and Kumi by trade has worked extensively in general cleaning, cooking and more. Each has been contributing to the betterment of the citadel, but yet to be offered a full position, and now questions about their future stir. Head Servant Kevdeyr requested that each be offered services in return for room, board, and reasonable wage, as each has proven useful, but noted the citadel still is in need of greater security.
